I ordered this chair on Dec 21st 2011 and it was delivered on Dec 23rd 2011, now that is what I call incredibly fine service indeed. It was a present for my grandson, who wasted no time is assemblying the delivered item. His verdict - SPOT ON - which I assume implies very satisfied (he's a 20 year old you see). Summing up then, anything from ordering to delivery was ultra first class, and the item itself "5-star worth".
