They could have accomplished the same factor just by getting the seat moulded with a curve rather of a deal with sticking out the back. The headrest is not an issue for me considering that I do not ever lay back in my chair, but I can envision it would get annoying for some (taller) consumers who do appreciate reclining in their chairs. Far greater would have been to forego the "adjustable" back assistance and maybe make an adjustable headrest.

Some other minor difficulties, pretain to the screw threads in putting the chair together, as also mentioned in the five reviews.
