This chair has a style flaw - the bracket/swivel mechanism on it is too weak - after six months it breaks and there is no way to fix it. Invest the revenue and get a higher quality chair - this 1 is false economy.

We are delighted
with the chair received in all respects. However having said that, a single of the bolts nescessary to fasten the arm to the body of the chair was damaged and could not be applied. Bolt M8x65cm is the one particular necessary and I should really be grateful uf you could arrange for a replacement to be sent to us. I shall of course be prepared to pay your charges for this service
